The Feedback tab allows you to enable the LiveChat and feedback services on your site.
Chat Services
The Chat Services menu enables you to activate a LiveChat service on your site. Simply select the available chat service and input your LiveChat Licence Number.
If you wish to display the chat only when agents are online, enable the appropriate setting.
Feedback Feature
The Feedback feature allows you to activate a callback form on your site.
- Activate Button and Agent Image features let you customise the form with either default icons or your own images for the callback feature.
- The Description block allows you to add and tailor the callback information displayed to users.
Enable More Details
This feature enables additional options, such as Display by Default and fields for social activity, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Skype (Chat), VK, and Email.
- If Display by Default is enabled, all social activity icons will be shown automatically in the form. Otherwise, visitors will need to click the drop-down list to view the available icons.
You can use any of the following social platforms for callback purposes: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Skype (Chat), VK, and Email.
To disable any type of feedback, select Not Selected from the drop-down menu.
