The Root Folder allows you to view all folders and subfolders in the Media Library. By default, the root folder is open. You can add up to 5 subfolders within the main folder and drag them into place using the mouse.
- Add Folder: To create a new folder, click the Add button, specify the folder’s name, and click Add again.
- Edit Folder: To change a folder’s name, click the Edit button.
- Remove Folder: To delete a folder, click the Remove button.
Set as Favourite
The Set as Favourite feature allows you to mark frequently used folders, which can then be easily located via the star icon. You can also sort files and folders by date, name, or size using the Sort By options.
The Search icon enables you to quickly find specific media files.
Previewing Files
- Eye Icon: Hover over an image and click the Eye icon to preview it in full size.
- Thumbnails: Preview image thumbnails by clicking on their sizes in the right-hand panel.
