A Popup in GoEdit allows you to open a small window that appears on a page under specific conditions and contains custom content. You can manage popups via the Pages section within the navigation menu of your site’s Control Panel.
Adding a New Popup
To create a new popup:
- Click the Add Popup button.
- Specify the Popup Name within the provided section.
- In Popup Properties, set the Popup Name and define the Width (ranging from 300 to 1200 px).
Editing and Using Popups
- The Popup Name can be modified at any time.
- Choose the width that best fits your popup design.
- To preview a popup, use the Link To feature, which enables a click-action from any widget.
- Popups can be linked to menus, buttons, text, and images via the Open Popup option.
Widgets Supported in Popups
Due to the specific layout of popups, the following widgets can be drag-and-dropped into the popup area:
- Structure: Row, Container
- Basic: Text, Image, Button, Divider, Space, Contact Form
- Galleries: Slider, Carousel
- Social: Social Links
- Media: Video, Video Player, Audio Player, SoundCloud
- More: Google Map, Mailchimp, Slideshare, PayPal Button, Iframe
