The Slider widget allows you to create a gallery with moving photos.
"Slider" widget has the following features: "Enable Slideshow", "Slide Duration", "Animation Type", "Show Arrows"/"Pagination", "Spacing", "Animation".
"Edit" - this setting allows you to add/remove/edit image objects within the Slider widget.
If you wish to add images, select the "Add Images" link. The system will take you to the Media Library, where you may pick the appropriate pictures. To confirm your modifications, click the "Apply" button.
If you wish to edit/remove an image - you need to hover your mouse cursor over the thumbnail and choose the necessary option.
"Edit Image" option allows you to preview the title of the "Image", set up links for images via the "Link To" feature, edit text styles and configure links for the caption via "Link" feature and add "Alt Text" to the images for SEO purposes.
The "Caption" field allows you to modify the image captions, change text styles, and use the "Link" feature to provide redirection options.
"Enable Slideshow" - this setting allows you to enable/disable the slideshow option (the carousel will rotate through the images).
"Slide Duration" - this setting allows you to adjust the display time of images, during a slideshow (from 1 up to 10 seconds).
The "Animation Type" - affects the sliding animation. There are two types of animation: "Fade" and "Slide."
"Show Arrows" - enable this option if you wish to show navigation arrows.
"Show Pagination" - enable this option if you want to be able to switch images with the help of pagination buttons/dots.
"Thumbnail Pagination" - this feature allows you to show slide thumbnails as pagination. In the "Design" section you can now configure all the necessary parameters for displaying this widget thumbnails. You can also align them and enable/disable their preview on various devices via the "Visible Thumbnail Pagination On" setting.
